Rachael is one of our Business Analysts and is responsible for helping clients to solve complex problems, drawing on her knowledge to deliver world-class software.
She joined PDMS in 2022 and has an extensive technical background that includes product and relationship management, design thinking, business change and continual improvement.
Outside of work, Rachael is a proud dog-mum to Loki and enjoys sea swimming (even in December!) She holds the BCS Business Analysis Foundation Certificate.
