Vicky is our Project Management Team Lead, with responsibility for our project management function and our team of Project Managers. Vicky is an experienced Project Manager and plays a crucial role in helping to deliver and execute world-class software solutions. Since joining the team in 2022, Vicky has been instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by working closely with our production team and valued clients.
With previous experience in project management, process improvement, change management, and people management, Vicky brings a comprehensive skillset to every project. Vicky has qualifications in Prince2 and is an Agile PM practitioner, so she is adept at utilising both waterfall and agile methodologies, or a combination of both, to tailor project deliveries that meet specific needs and goals.
Outside of work, Vicky enjoys spending quality time with her family, and exploring the beautiful coast of the Isle of Man.
