Vicky is one of our experienced Senior Project Managers and plays a crucial role in helping to deliver and execute world-class software solutions. She works closely with our experienced production team and our clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
She joined PDMS in 2022 and has a wealth of project management, process improvement experience, and managing change/people experience. Drawing on her knowledge, Vicky is able to use waterfall, agile, or a combination of both when planning a project.
Vicky is a qualified Agile PM and Prince2 practitioner. When not working, Vicky enjoys spending time with friends and enjoying the beautiful west coast of the Isle of Man.
