Colin is our Head of People & Culture as Charlotte's maternity leave cover. In Charlotte's absence, Colin is looking after all things HR with the help of Barbara. During these 12 months, he aims to continue the success PDMS has made over the last 30 years. This includes the great progress in becoming such an amazing employer on the Isle of Man, Glasgow and for the remote UK workers.
He is CIPD Level 7 qualified and his particular HR interests are in Employment Law, Employee Engagement, Organisational Culture, and Recruitment.
Outside of work, Colin enjoys going to the gym and cycling. He is also a football referee and spends most Saturdays mentoring the next crop of match officials. And before anyone asks, no he does not like VAR!
