Colin is our HR Business Partner who is responsible for supporting PDMS as well as other Volaris Group companies. He works alongside Barbara to assist Charlotte in making PDMS such a great place to work!
He is CIPD Level 7 qualified and his particular HR interests are in Employment Law, Employee Engagement, Organisational Culture, and Recruitment.
Outside of work, Colin enjoys going to the gym and cycling. He is also a football referee and spends most Saturdays mentoring the next crop of match officials. And before anyone asks - no, he does not like VAR!
