Barb is our part of our HR Team and she is responsible for looking after our people at PDMS including recruitment, appraisals, wellbeing, and training.
Barb first joined the team in 2000 as a Receptionist. Over the 20+ years, she has held several roles, working her way up to Office Manager, progressing to our Founder Chris' PA whilst also supporting the HR Manager. Due to the expansion of the business, she moved to HR in 2018 and is able to draw on her deep understanding of the business, team, culture and company ethos.
Outside of work, Barb enjoys spending time with her family, walking, and exploring the Manx countryside.
