PDMS shortlisted for Employer of the Year

PDMS is delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted as a finalist for the Employer of the Year award at the Isle of Man Awards for Excellence 2024. Selected alongside Hospice Isle of Man and Standard Bank Offshore, this recognition highlights PDMS’s commitment to creating a positive social impact within local communities.

As the first company on the Isle of Man to achieve Social Value Quality Mark accreditation, our entry showcased our internal employee engagement and wellbeing work, and the impact of our social value initiatives, which include supporting local charities through volunteering and mentoring. We also play an active role in shaping future career paths, offering work experience opportunities that help students gain confidence and explore careers in technology.

Additionally, we contribute to the development of young entrepreneurs through our long-standing support of Junior Achievement Isle of Man, providing mentors and judges for the Company Programme.
