PDMS awarded place on BOS2 Framework

We are delighted to announce that PDMS has been awarded a place on the UK Government’s Back Office Software 2 Framework (BOS2)

The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Back Office Software 2 (BOS2) Framework (RM6285) is a pivotal procurement vehicle designed to modernise back-office operations across the UK public sector. With an estimated value of £9 billion over its initial 30-month term, the framework provides public bodies with access to advanced Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions including workflow technologies, content management, case management, identity, reporting, ERP etc. Buyers can use simplified direct award processes or run tailored competitions for more complex requirements.

PDMS features on the new Lot 2 framework for contracts under £5million, dedicated to encouraging innovative solutions from SMEs. 

Through the framework, PDMS can provide a wide range of software to support back-office functions including low-code Microsoft Power Platform-based solutions. We can also provide support services including consultancy, configuration, data migration, cloud/hybrid deployment, and ongoing support and maintenance.

PDMS has experience of working with a number of public sector clients via the DOS and G-Cloud frameworks including the NHS, Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE), Transport for London, and Crown Commercial Service.
