A leading international shipping exhibition, Posidonia takes place in the Metropolitan Expo in Athens, Greece between Monday 3rd - Friday 7th June and is one of the major calendar events for the maritime industry.

The exhibition attracts the most influential individuals and organisations from the Greek and international shipping community with major companies from all sectors of the maritime industry exhibiting and networking across the four days. First taking place in 1969, Posidonia has been taking place every two years since and 2024's event promises to be bigger and better than ever.

The theme for 2024 is 'Powering ahead' which represents the impressive statistics of the Greek shipping community, owners of the world's largest fleet of over 4000 vessels. The theme also reflects the growth of Posidonia itself with 103 countries represented, 28000 visitors and almost 2000 exhibitors expected to attend the busy exhibition halls in June.
