Tim is our Development Manager and has responsibility for managing our development teams and maintaining our excellent standards of quality and consistency in software development.
Tim joined PDMS in 1993, starting at PDMS soon after it was founded as a Senior Developer. His experience spans all disciplines of software development, from business consultancy and technical design authority, systems analysis and design through development to post-implementation support. He has developed systems for PDMS’ clients in technologies ranging from VB3 and Delphi through PDMS’ FoundationsTM platform to ASP.NET Core. He is also a great advocate of re-usable code and software components.
In his spare time, Tim takes full advantage of the highs and lows that the Isle of Man offers, whether it be electrically assisted mountain biking on the southern fells, or submerging himself in Manx waters to photograph the colourful and diverse marine life. He graduated from the University of Manchester with a BSc in Mathematics (1985) and an MSc in Computer Science (1986).
