Because we've worked on hundreds of software development projects we know that it takes more than a team of experienced and skilled developers to ensure a project's ultimate success. That's why we've invested time and effort in establishing not only talented teams, but also our own development platform and processes.
We always try to take a common sense approach to software development and place real emphasis on our formal software engineering lifecycle and in particular, the analysis and design phase of the project. We find that this helps both us and our clients to establish a shared understanding of the funcitonality details and also the business change required.
The only way we can deliver solutions that meet our client's business objectives on time and to budget is to establish and maintain an effective workiing relationship with our clients at all levels. This relies on honest and open communication and not being afraid to tackle any issues as they arise.
Our team based structure means that our clients have continuity. The team of people our clients work with throughout the project will also be there once it goes live to help support it and to work on future develoments going forward.
We are ISO9001:2000 and ISO27001 (formerly BS 7799) certified, this means that we apply rigorous quality processes to all of our business activities, including software development, and these processes are reviewed by an external auditor.
