Lauren Stewart

Human Resources Manager
After gaining an Honours degree in English Literature from The University of Dundee, Lauren started her career as an HR Officer with KPMG Isle of Man. In this role Lauren undertook a wide range of HR related activities to help support the internal HR function including assisting in numerous recruitment campaigns. Lauren then went on to diversify her skill set, by taking on new roles focusing on finance and client relationship management. Before joining PDMS she worked at Eclipse Nursecall Systems Ltd and Domicilium (IOM) Ltd, where in addition to her accounting role, she also undertook a number of HR related tasks.
Joining PDMS in 2008, Lauren has helped support the accounting function where her diverse responsibilities have included payroll and pension administration. Lauren has recently been promoted to the position of HR Manager which covers the complete Human Resources remit from recruitment, policy and procedure, performance management, training and development through to employee reward and benefits.
