Teams & Staff

We have a great team of people working for us with a wide range of technical and commercial skills. We've established a team based structure for effective project delivery and we have a number of established teams each with their own project managers, business and technical analysts and programmers and developers. These teams are supported by a number of additional key functions including R&D, Infrastructure and our specialist graphic design unit (Digital Design).

We have a low staff turnover which provides added continuity and stability and our analysts, project managers and developers have worked together on hundreds of projects.

A lot of our senior staff also have direct, hands-on, project involvement. The enjoyment of a technical challenge was one of the reasons that PDMS was created in the first place.
