Quality
PDMS believe in quality assurance systems and continuous improvement to help us deliver successful software projects. We currently hold the ISO 9001:2008 quality and ISO 27001:2005 security standards and the Environmental standard ISO 14001:2004.
We have a Quality Management team who are responsible for steering the company's quality systems, maintaining our external certifications and carrying out internal audits on the different areas of our business. Our quality systems are reviewed by an external auditor from Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) every six months to ensure that they are being maintained and that we can demonstrate continuous improvement.
PDMS has also received the Business Professional Certificate from Intellect (the trade association for the UK technology industry). The BPC is a business excellence model that provides reassurance of our commitment to best practice and professionalism through our business processes.
