People

Our key asset is our people and we have an established and experienced team that combines both technical and commercial skills and expertise. We have a very low staff turnover which provides added continuity and stability and our analysts, project managers and developers have worked together on hundreds of projects.

We operate a team based structure with each development team working together with project mangers and business analysts as one unit. Once a project has gone live, our dedicated support team take over responsibility for ongoing support and maintenance.

A lot of our senior staff have direct, hands-on, project involvement. The enjoyment of a technical challenge was one of the reasons that PDMS was created in the first place. Our senior management team also have many years of IT consultancy experience.
